Moving Out & Deposit Return

We hope that you have enjoyed your time with us and we would like to provide you with all the information you need to help get your Deposit back to you as swiftly as possible. The Deposit Return procedure is stated clearly in Clause 5.7 of the Tenancy Agreement you have signed with us:

5.7 At the end of the Tenancy the Deposit (less any deductions the Landlord is entitled to make) will be repaid to the Tenant within 10 days by cheque upon the Tenant providing satisfactory proof that all bills for which the Tenant is liable have been paid and the Premises has been checked.  Provision of satisfactory paid bills includes the following:

5.7.1    The Tenant must provide all final utility bills where final meter readings charged up to are shown on the bills

5.7.2    For council tax and utility bills where charges are calculated on time basis the final accounts must include charges up to the end of the Term

5.7.3    The Tenant must provide evidence of full payments to the final bills
